A lot of large facilities are now empty, like Loew's in Schaumburg and Elgin, former Walmart in Elgin etc.... etc .... Why not convert them into urban farming facilities ? This will create activity, jobs, produce vegetables where they will be consumed, right ?

This is a book club dedicated to exploring great writings about the environment.
