I'm starting this group as part of my effort to become free of industrialized foods. I want to become as strong and healthy as I can, and realize that this will involve abandoning the Standard American Diet. Instead, I'd like to eat as our distant hunter gatherer ancestors ate, an eating style known as the Paleo diet. Meeting others on a similar path would make the journey so much fun!
